I still haven't been Able to get back into my Account to continue to play. I also havemoney on my account.I can't withdraw, And I lost one hundred and seventy dollars in bonus Money because it expired Do to me not being able to get into my account
Deposit issue
I made a deposit from a card I didnt know was already added well it took the money off my card but said it didnt and it never showed in my balance I made another deposit after and it showed I would like the $100 back to my card as fast as it deposits please.

I'm actually and literally on hold right now and have been for the past, 23 minutes. I'm dealing with a simple matter of not being able to validate my phone number.
After multiple attempts on my end of sending photos, records etc. I'm still not able to dealt with. It's easy for these companies to take your money but then it comes to either having money in your account or shall I say paying out, it's an issue. I'm on some wtf *** and am held by the *** that these company hold my cash and aren't allowing me to access it.
More than likely it's a new stream of cash flow for them. Hoping that whomever may have cash on there website, they make it hard to get back in, this cancelling your account and keeping said funds!!!

I deposit and withdrawal payment method visa debit card for year more or less with no issues on October 4th and September 29th withdrawal issues began to occur.i immediately addressed issues on hat and my withdrawls on September 29th were refunded back to my withdrawal activity history to cancel or withdrwK bank account with to much mi's information so I canceled and played On October 4th declined fir different reasons so I immediately canceled the last withdrawl of 150.00 and the previous withdrawl nit made 6/10 minutes apart went into decline no option to cancel so I can make choice of closing account or getting correct information to solve issue. 85.00 still in failed I have no option to recover claimed wagered yet emails validate errors miscalculated and miscalculated and misappropriation of my winnings.

I stayed at Ballys Shreveport on the weekend of November 22 placed a 100$ security deposit. Still hasnt been released to my bank.
I stayed again on December12 I asked the lady at the front seat about the deposit from before and she looked it up and said it wasnt released but should have been but she didnt know how to do it. So I had to make another security deposit for this stay. Not it is the 21st and neither deposit has been released. What is the deal is the purpose to steal the security deposit.
Not releasing it in hopes rich people never look to see if they ever got it back.
Or making people who may need that money back because they used there extra on losing at their casino knowing they were getting their deposit back. (Supposedly) but 2 stays 2 deposits 0 refunds

Their game or system had crashed and kicked me out of the game. Then it froze when I tried getting back in and I couldn't return to the game I was playing.
By the time I did, the jackpots I had built up at $1.76 a spin were depleted, starting me from scratch. Customer service wouldn't compensate or try to do anything to rectify the situation. When I asked for a manager because this was unacceptable, I was told one would contact me by the end of the day.
I explained I would wait because that too was unacceptable and I was disconnected. This happened twice and as of yet, there has been no resolution.

If I could give a -0 star, I would. This is one of the worst online casinos in PA, let me tell you about my experience.
For one, their promos are ridiculous. It's always 'deposit this, wager these' crazy amounts of money for very little bonuses. They have this daily spin game where I have never won any more than the easy ones to win, which are $1 and $2, and it's been months since I've seen that. Also, bonus play, I won one time, nothing else since, and I log in every day faithfully.
I don't skip a beat. I've wagered over 28k since signing up in 2023, only received $202 in bonuses, and denied courtesy credit many times! Keep your money, folks, and stay clear from their online casino. They just take, take, take and rarely give.
And when asked, you are threatened with suspension and that they can't apply bonuses on demand. I wouldn't have to ask if it was just given out of appreciation. I haven't seen a bonus in months! I've written emails to support to forward to the loyalty team as they claim there's no direct line or email.
I smell *** I am waiting to hear back, but another person I know has said also they have gotten nothing from the daily game when they used to and also how their slots have not been hitting lately. Definitely need an upgrade of the whole site or simply close it because a lot of your customers are dropping like flies! If you guys see this, I want the loyalty team to message me ASAP! because you guys are not right and don't do people like me the way you all have, especially when I've spent house money on your site.
A courtesy on demand or not shouldn't be an issue, but also again, I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK! Until I get a response and proper goodwill gesture bonuses aka appreciation bonuses, I refrain from depositing, period!
And will warn everyone I know about this online casino site. It definitely needs to be run better and promos need to be upgraded like yesterday!
